The Boosting Business Seminars are aimed at helping growing companies break new ground and develop new opportunities.
The events will use real-life case studies to help participants learn more about topics such as attracting new customers, mobile commerce and foreign trade.
Speakers include Andrew Gerrie, CEO, Lush Cosmetics; Will Whitehorn, Chairman of brand and communications consultancy Loewy and former President of Virgin Galactic; and Steve Cooper, Managing Director, Barclays Business and Personal Banking Solutions.
Mark Prisk, UK Minister of State for Business and Enterprise, said: “Small businesses are vital to economic growth and the government is determined to do all it can to support them. We cannot however, achieve this on our own which is I why I welcome the excellent endeavours being made by Barclays through its Boosting Business seminar series to help Britain’s businesses break new ground, develop and grow.”
