terrible service at rbs getting worse, May 13 2005 12:00AM

service at rbs has gone from bad to worse. too long a list to write here, but among other things- no more email service and they delayed the renewal of my debit card for months claiming that they had run out of plastic! then they said it had been lost in the mail too times. now they are upping the price for a card.
never had a bank this incompetent and hopeless.
