I have a mortgage with this bank, and I am oblige to have an escrow account with them.
During the last year they did mistake over mistake. By the end of the year they ask me to pay more for the escrow while my tax and inssurance went down. When you try to contact them, the customer service is completly incompetent. They refuse any argument.
