Notation sur Qualisteam: 
In oktober 2007 werd ABN AMRO overgenomen door een consortium van 3 banken, Fortis - RBS en Santander. Op 3 oktober 2008 heeft de Nederlandse Overheid de resterende belangen van Fortis in ABN AMRO verworven. Fortis werd in RFS Holdings vervangen door de Nederlandse Overheid terwijl RFS Holdings blijft instaan voor het beheer van ABN AMRO. Tijdens deze overgangsperiode willen wij u dezelfde kwaliteit en service aanbieden als voordien bij ABN AMRO.

ABN AMRO was acquired by the consortium of Fortis, RBS and Santander in October 2007. On 3 October 2008, the Dutch state announced that it has bought Fortis Bank Nederland, including its interests in ABN AMRO. As of 24 December 2008, the Dutch state replaced Fortis as a stakeholder in RFS Holdings, which continues to manage ABN AMRO. RBS-bound businesses are not affected by this change.
