Stock exchange activities within the Nordic Exchange are operated under the provisions of the stock exchange licences possessed by the Stockholm Stock Exchange, Copenhagen Stock Exchange and Helsinki Stock Exchange.
As a central counterparty, the Stockholm Stock Exchange also has a licence enabling it to provide central counterparty clearing for derivatives trading. Derivatives activities are operated under the secondary name "OMX Derivatives Markets".
