The Joint-Stock Commercial Bank FORUM was registered on January 31, 1994 as an open joint-stock company. Bank shareholders are not-state companies and enterprises of various types of ownership as follows: Provita Insurance Company (all kinds of insurance except of life insurance), Elmak Ltd (operation on the market of heat-insulating materials), Continental Ukraine (grain processing and production of grain products, trade), Yaroslaviv Val (construction, real estate operations, financial leasing); Tandem Ltd (production of packing for bulk materials); Geneza Publishing House (printing of children’s and educational books, popular-science and historical literature), and Navchalna Knyga Ltd (printing of educational books, textbooks, and manuals).
