ABN AMRO Asia Securities Public Co
established in 1974 under the former name of Asia Securities Trading Company Limited. In 1987, the company was a member of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). In 1997, ABN AMRO Asia (Holdings) Limited invested in the equity of the company, and became the company’s major shareholder. Thus, the company changed its name to be ABN AMRO Asia Securities Public Company Limited. However, ABN AMRO Asia Holding Limited currently has no longer been the company‘s major shareholder, but still remains a business partner of the company.
