The Antwerp Diamond Bank was founded back in 1934 by the three leading Belgian banks and Henfin, a holding, owned by the De Beers Group. The Belgian banks wanted to concentrate their services to the flourishing diamond industry by the creation of a unique dedicated and specialized bank in Belgium.
