First National Bank of Missouri
Jon Stewart, Chairman, President and CEO of Metcalf Bank, and Tom Fitzsimmons, Chairman and CEO of First National Bank of Missouri, announced jointly today their two banks will be merging, effective April 21, 2008, pending regulatory approval. The new financial institution, to be called “Metcalf Bank”.
