Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions
The Division of Financial Institutions is responsible for chartering and/or licensing, examining, and otherwise supervising the operations of state-regulated Banks, Trust Companies, Credit Unions, Consumer, Industrial and Mortgage Loan Companies, Mortgage Loan Brokers, Check Cashing Companies, and Sellers of Money Orders.
